If I do not accept your insurance, please call for an hourly rate.
Insurance
​Most major insurances are accepted, however, if I do not currently accept your insurance, any out-of-pocket payment is tax-deductible.
I am a proud provider for Medicare.
Reduced Fee
​Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis.
Payment
​Cash and checks and credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
​If you do not cancel your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50.00 cancellation fee.
